By engaging our services, accepting a quotation, or allowing work to commence, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Services Provided

 

 

 

 

 

We provide construction, building, renovation, repair, maintenance, and related services as detailed in a written quotation, contract, or agreement.

 

 

Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and may incur additional costs.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Quotations and Pricing

 

 

 

 

 

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

 

 

 

 

 

Prices are based on information available at the time of quotation.

 

 

 

 

 

We reserve the right to revise pricing if project requirements, materials, labour costs, or site conditions change.

 

 

 

 

 

VAT will be applied where required by law.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Terms

 

 

 

 

 

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of works.

 

 

 

 

 

Invoices must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe.

 

 

 

 

 

Late payments may result in suspension of work and additional charges.

 

 

 

 

 

We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in pursuing overdue payments.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Client Obligations

 

 

 

 

 

The Client agrees to:

 

 

 

 

 

Provide safe, unrestricted access to the site during agreed working hours.

 

 

 

 

 

Ensure the site is suitable for works to proceed.

 

 

 

 

 

Obtain any necessary permissions, approvals, or consents unless agreed otherwise.

 

 

 

 

 

Disclose any known hazards, risks, or structural issues prior to commencement.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Variations and Additional Work

 

 

 

 

 

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing.

 

 

Variations may affect the project cost and completion timeframe.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Delays and Force Majeure

 

 

 

 

 

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply shortages, strikes, illness, or other force majeure events.

 

 

 

 

 

9. Health and Safety

 

 

 

 

 

We comply with all applicable UK health and safety legislation.

 

 

Clients and third parties must not interfere with safety procedures, equipment, or site operations.

 

 

 

 

 

10. Workmanship and Warranty

 

 

 

 

 

We warrant that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care in accordance with recognised UK industry standards.

 

 

 

 

 

Any defects must be reported within a reasonable period after completion.

 

 

 

 

 

This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or work altered by third parties.

 

 

 

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

 

 

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

 

 

 

 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

 

 

 

 

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

 

 

 

 

12. Termination

 

 

 

 

 

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within a reasonable period.

 

 

The Client remains liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

 

 

 

 

 

13. Intellectual Property

 

 

 

 

 

All designs, plans, drawings, documents, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

 

 

14. Privacy and Data Protection

 

 

 

 

 

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Personal data is used solely for business and service-related purposes.

 

 

 

 

 

15. Governing Law

 

 

 

 

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

 

 

 

 

16. Entire Agreement

 

 

 

 

 

These Terms, together with any written quotation or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions or representations.

 

Scope: Building, refurbishment and maintenance services are delivered in accordance with UK law and applicable Building Regulations.

Quotations & Payment: All quotations are valid for 30 days. Payment milestones are agreed prior to project start.

Warranty: Workmanship warranties are provided as set out in the project agreement.
